Since 2005, MeterOnline has been a prevalent partner for PJW’s remote monitoring solutions.

Primarily for surface mounted meters, but now using Elvaco’s gateways allows us to build din rail and panel mount metering panels for MeterOnline’s platform.

Reading your meters remotely is simple:

1. Buy a MeterOnline compatible meter from PJW.
2. Register with MeterOnline using the serial number and unique code, labelled on the front of your meter.
3. Read your meters remotely.

You can add as many meters as you like to your MeterOnline account, for added convenience.

CTL-RECHARGER RFID Card Manager Subscription Renewal

The CTL-RECHARGER (RFID Card Manager) software allows clients with the CM-CTL (EMA1.Z/MP22/MP23) Emlite RFID Card Meter to recharge their used electric cards/tokens.

Get in touch to buy yours, and never run out of cards again!

As standard, the RFID Manager software has a 1 year license.

You will be given regular warnings when you have 28 days or less.

Renewing is simple:

1. Plug in your software dongle (burgundy USB stick provided with your black recharger)
2. Open or search for ‘File Explorer’ or ‘Windows Explorer’.
3. On the left hand side, look for the Removable Disk drive that the usb stick is plugged into, for example ‘Removable Disk: F’, or USB Drive (D:).
4. Click to view the files.
5. You should see a file called ‘DinkeyChange’.

6. Double click to open the software.

7. Right click on the Dongle Number.

8. Click on ‘Copy All Information’.

9. Paste this info into an email and send to sales@pjwmeters.com along with your contact details.

10. One of the team will make contact to process your order, and generate an update code for you.

To enter your update code

1. Follow steps 1 to 6 above.
2. Paste the update code into the white box with the header ‘Enter update code here:’.
3. Click the blue ‘Make changes to dongle’ button.

4. Congratulations, you will now have another year of recharging cards!

Once we are provided with the landlord’s email address and phone number, we will arrange for Topupmeters to send a welcome email for seting up your account, adding meters, and setting the tariffs.
