Your process:
- Choose the utilities you want to include in your billing.
- Consult with PJW for the best metering system tailored to your needs and site requirements. Consider factors like resident/user type, signal quality, installation infrastructure, timescale, and budget. Note that a site visit may be necessary for larger projects.
- Our skilled team will construct and customize your hookups or pedestals to your specifications. We can include Wi-Fi routers, TV aerials, and EV charging points as needed.
- We’ll deliver the equipment directly to your site or have our contractors install and commission it for you, ensuring your satisfaction and that of your clients.
Don’t forget, we offer a 3-year warranty on all of our products as standard.
Prepayment Options
Card for Cash 💷

Scenario:
- Client needs electricity
- They visit reception or a card dispenser location
- They pay by cash or card in return for a physical card with credit on it.
- The client goes back to their meter and applies the credit via a prepaid contactless card.
PLEASE NOTE:
Only cards purchased from PJW and programmed to one of our unique codes will work on our meters.
They are NOT a universal card.
To purchase replacement cards, for your protection we require one of the following:
- Proof of ownership
- Utility bill for the park in your name
- Proof of purchase

Online Account Prepayment

- The client adds money to an online account
- They identify themselves via QR Code, Fob, Pin Number
- When they unplug or finish use, the usage is calculated and deducted from their account balance
Electricity, Water, Gas, Heat and Oil can be billed for using this solution.
Post-payment (Credit Billing Options)
Direct Debit
Tenants/Residents/Clients pay for their sub-metered energy use on a monthly direct debit, straight from their account, just as though the landlord/primary billpayer was their energy provider.
Quarterly Bill
Tenants/Residents/Clients pay for their sub-metered energy use on a quarterly invoice basis, either over the phone or bank transfer, just as though the landlord/primary billpayer was their energy provider.
Phone Payment
Tenants/Residents/Clients pay for their sub-metered energy use monthly/quarterly by debit/credit card over the phone for their usage over the previous invoice period.
