Prepayment Options

Card/Token for Cash (Disposable, Rechargeable and Refund Card Options)

CM-CTL (Emlite EMA1.Y) MP22/MP23 RFID Card Meter

Scenario:

  1. Tenant/Resident/Client needs electricity
  2. They arrange to meet the landlord/managing agent/park operator/administrator/receptionist/primary billpayer
  3. They pay them by cash or card in return for a physical card with credit on it.
  4. Tenant/Resident/Client goes back to their meter, and applies the credit via RFID technology.

PLEASE NOTE:

ONLY CARDS PURCHASED FROM PJW, AND PROGRAMMED TO ONE OF OUR UNIQUE CODES WILL WORK ON OUR METERS AND OUR METERS ONLY.

THEY ARE NOT A UNIVERSAL CARD.

TO PURCHASE REPLACEMENT CARDS, A COPY OF YOUR LANDLORD INSURANCE, PROOF OF METER PURCHASE, PROOF OF PROPERTY PURCHASE AND ENERGY BILL FOR THE PROPERTY IN QUESTION ARE REQUIRED.

Smart Prepayment- Online Topup, Auto-Topup (Standing Order), Phone Payment

Scenario:

  1. Tenant/Resident/Client wants energy
  2. They simply go to a web portal or app (depending on the model)
  3. They pay by debit/credit card online, or over the phone
  4. The money is transferred weekly/monthly into the billpayer’s bank account for them to pay their energy bill as normal.

As well as meter seals to prevent access to the terminals?

PayPoint

PLG350-PP (LANDIS & GYR E350 WITH ELVACO MBUS GATEWAY AND PAYPOINT FUNCTIONALITY)

Scenario:

  1. Tenant/Resident/Client wants energy
  2. They simply go to one of 29000+ PayPoint stores and purchase credit over the counter.
  3. The money is transferred to the primary billpayer’s bank account once a month.
  4. PJW’s products with PayPoint functionality also allow for top-ups to be made online.

PLEASE NOTE: With our PayPoint solutions, the client can still top up online or over the phone if it’s more convenient.

Water, Gas, Heat and Oil can be billed for using this solution.


Mobile App-Based Topup (Apple, Android, Google, etc.)– COMING SOON…

Scenario:

  1. Tenant/Resident/Client wants energy
  2. They download the related App on their smartphone and follow the steps on-screen.
  3. Money is transferred to the primary billpayer’s bank account once a month.

Online Account Prepayment

PMM-OPP (METERMACS SMART PREPAYMENT SYSTEM)

Scenario:

  1. The client adds money to an online account
  2. They identify themselves via QR Code, Fob, Pin Number
  3. When they unplug or finish use, the usage is calculated and deducted from their account balance

Post-payment (Credit Billing Options)

Direct Debit

Tenants/Residents/Clients pay for their sub-metered energy use on a monthly direct debit, straight from their account, just as though the landlord/primary billpayer was their energy provider. 

Quarterly Bill

Tenants/Residents/Clients pay for their sub-metered energy use on a quarterly invoice basis, either over the phone or bank transfer, just as though the landlord/primary billpayer was their energy provider. 

Phone Payment

Tenants/Residents/Clients pay for their sub-metered energy use monthly/quarterly by debit/credit card over the phone for their usage over the previous invoice period.
